Project hours are planned around the statutory limits for students in Germany: at most 20 hours a week during the lecture period, across all their jobs.
Every student is enrolled at a German university and has the right to study and work in Germany.
Every company is verified (KYB) with its HRB number before its first project.
The employment model behind student work on WURP is being finalised with our German employment lawyer and tax advisor. This section will describe it once it is confirmed.

Every student verifies their identity (KYC) and university enrolment, passes an aptitude test, completes a real-world project, and explains it in a 30-minute recorded video interview with an expert before a profile goes live. Every company is verified too (KYB). The people in your workspace are traceable individuals with demonstrated skill, not anonymous accounts.
