The idea came from experience, not a whiteboard.
Our founder came to Germany as a student with a clear goal: build genuine experience in his field before starting a career. In practice, the options were limited. Like many international students, the accessible work was survival work, while visa rules and platform barriers stood between capable students and the projects they were ready to take on.
On open freelancing platforms the problem compounded. A talented newcomer had little chance against profiles with a decade of history, and promising students were routinely overlooked.
