Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• Students must be verified and enrolled at a recognized university.
• Clients must be registered companies within the EU.
• Users must be 18 years or older.

2. Platform Role

• We provide a secure environment for clients and students to collaborate.
• We are not a party to contracts between clients and students, but we provide escrow, milestones, and workspace access.

3. Student Obligations

• Complete the mandatory skill test.
• Work only within the secure virtual workspace.
• Deliver tasks according to agreed milestones.
• Respect client confidentiality and platform rules.

4. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate project details.
• Pay platform fees and project funds through escrow.
• Provide fair reviews and ratings upon project completion.

5. Payments

Payment Structure

• Clients deposit funds into escrow before project work begins.
• Students receive payment upon milestone approval, minus a 20% platform commission.

Refunds

• First failure → replacement of student.
• Second failure → full refund of milestones to client.

6. Workspace Rules

• All project work must be done within the virtual workspace.
• Copying, downloading, or transferring client data outside the workspace is prohibited.
• Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

• Project deliverables belong to the client once payment is made.
• The platform's technology, design, and systems remain our intellectual property.

8. Termination

• Accounts may be suspended for violation of these terms.
• Users may request deletion of their account at any time.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Germany and the EU.
• Any disputes will be resolved in German courts.

10. Changes

• We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy from time to time.
• Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updates.
